Consumer Licensing Customers
To Qualify If you purchased a Microsoft Operating System and/or Microsoft Application, or a personal computer with Microsoft software installed on it, in the United States, , between January 1, 1998 and December 31, 2004, for use in Arkansas, you are a Class Member and may file a Standard Claim Form for Settlement Benefits. Licenses for re-sale or re-licensing and licenses for government entities are not eligible for the Settlement. Excluded are Microsoft, its officers, directors, successors, assignors and subsidiaries. Also excluded are all government entities including public schools.
Claim Form If you are a Class Member, you may submit a claim form, along with any necessary documents. Your claim must be deemed valid and the Court must approve the final settlement before you will receive Settlement Benefits for Vouchers that can be redeemed for cash rebates on purchases of a wide variety of computer hardware and software. Standard Claim Form
Deadline All claim forms, along with proof of qualification, if required, must be postmarked by April 23, 2007. This deadline may be extended by the Court at a later date. If a claim form does not include all of the required information, or is postmarked after April 23, 2007, you may not be eligible to receive any benefits.
