Below is the pricing matrix for installation of a Lightning Protection System (LPS).  This will give you a ballpark estimate of what an LPS will cost for your structure.  Payment Vouchers received through the Settlement will cover a portion of this cost.  Once you have a completed Claim and have received a Payment Voucher, the TPV will be able to provide you with a Good Faith Estimate that will more accurately reflect the cost of installing an LPS on your specific structure.  

For costs associated with Bonding and Grounding, you will need to contact the Third Party Vendor in charge of installation – after you have completed your Claim and received your Payment Voucher.  For more information, see the FAQ section of this website or contact the Settlement Administrator.

4) Single Family Residence #4	6,000 sq. ft. or more	$8,000 + (approximately $1.30/sq ft)
5) Commercial Structure	all	$25.00/perimeter foot (+/- depending on architectural structure)
